Fruit is a great tasty snack that will boost your energy levels and help you keep in good shape. Fish and nuts have healthy unsaturated fats in them making them a great protein for your body. If you drink alcohol you should try to minimize the amount you drink every week because it will help play a great role in losing weight. Fiber is an important nutrient to watch out for because it helps keep water in your intestines and makes your digestive system function better. Fiber can help prevent heart disease as well and just might have you feeling like your thinner in a couple of days.
    Portioning your meals will also help play an important role in losing weight. You want to be eating 5 to 6 small meals through out the day instead of 3 large meals. It has been proven that the less food you put in front of your self means the less food you will be eating. If you have smaller plates in your house you should try eating your meals off of them to help you portion out your food intake.
    Losing weight does not happen in a couple of days so remember to stay motivated and keep a good exercise and diet routine. You will find your self with much more self confidence than you first started off with if you can keep the positive habits in your daily life and the bad habits out of it.
